BY KILLIAN is an independent web design and digital studio based in Ireland, run by Killian. Enquiries and any questions about your information go to info@by-killian.com.

The only information collected on this website is what you choose to type into the project enquiry form:

• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Current website (optional)
• What your business does
• What you need help with
• Any additional details you add

There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts running on this website. Nothing is stored in your browser for tracking purposes.

It is collected for one reason: so that Killian can read your enquiry, understand your business and reply to you about the work you are asking about. It is not used for marketing lists, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone for advertising.

When you submit the form, the details are sent to the website's server, which emails them to info@by-killian.com. You also receive a short confirmation email so you know it arrived. Enquiries are read by Killian and replied to directly.

Enquiry emails are kept in the business mailbox for as long as they are useful for correspondence and normal business records, and are deleted on request.

Delivering the website and its emails involves the hosting and email infrastructure behind it, which processes the submission in order to send it. Nothing beyond that is involved.

Under Irish and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being held. Just email info@by-killian.com and it will be dealt with.

If you are not happy with how a request is handled, you can raise it with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
